Newborn Chihuahua finds second chance in foster home with adopted mother
Zeus is a Chihuahua puppy with a very special story. He was delivered by C-section and struggled to nurse from his mother. At 7 days old, and weighing just 40 grams, his owner surrendered him into the care of the Ontario SPCA Orangeville & District Animal Centre, where he was placed into foster care. Our first three months with God's latest little blessing! After nearly 2 and a half years waiting to adopt, we found the most awesome little man just a few miles away. Adopting from foster care was amazing! We had planned on doing a private adoption with a newborn, but God had other plans. :-)
